The advert bidding cycle will close at midnight 19th August and will remain closed from 20 August to 23 September 2025 the Lettings Plan sets out how social housing allocations will be managed during the closure of the housing register, to enable the implementation of a new Housing Allocations. The Housing Allocations Scheme is currently closed from 7 July to 27 August during which time we will not be accepting any new online housing applications, change of circumstances or garage applications. On the 28 August 2025 the system will be available for new applicants to register and for existing customers to re-register.
