The Customer Housing Portal is now Live. Should you wish to complete an application please click Login, if you have an existing Pin number, or for new applications click Register. Please be aware everyone will need to provide proof of their income, including any savings or assets, plus 3 months bank statements and wage slips if you work. You will need to upload this information to your application. You will have 10 days to provide this information, otherwise your application will be closed.
You will not be able to access the housing register to place bids until 24 September 2025. The Lettings Plan sets out how social housing allocations will be managed during the closure of the housing register, to enable the implementation of a new Housing Allocations.
