Step 1 - Registration

You will need to complete an application form, which can be obtained by click Application Form  or from Solihull Community Housing or Solihull Connect offices.  You can also phone Solihull Community Housing contact centre on 0121 717 1515.  Please note that from 28 January 2008, you will also be able to complete your application online.  For details on how to apply to join the housing register click Who Can Use the Service.

Once you have applied we will write to tell you:

  • Your housing application number (PIN)
  • The band your application has been placed in and your priority date. Click Prioritising Applications for more information.
  • Your registration date
  • Your mobility level, if applicable
  • The number of bedrooms you are entitled to

You must tell us if there are any changes in your circumstances so that we can update your application and if necessary make changes to your band, priority date and the number of bedrooms you are entitled to.
