Most of our properties are still occupied when they are advertised.  We advertise them when the tenant tells us that they are moving out.  There are a few occasions when the current tenant may change their mind and decide to stay and this means that we may have to withdraw the property advertisement. 

It is not always possible to contact everybody if they have shown interest in a property that we have had to withdraw from advertising.  However, if in doubt the Housing Contact Centre can advise you on 0121 717 1515.
