In all cases you will be required to provide documents to support your application at the point when you are invited to view a property and/or prior to being made an offer of accommodation. We will tell you what documents to provide and when to provide them.
All documents provided must be originals, up to date and valid. Failure to provide the documents requested may result in the offer of accommodation being withdrawn.
We aim to process your application and confirm your registration details within 10 working days of receipt of your application.
