Mutual exchange is a self-help scheme and it is up to you to advertise your property and look for someone to swap with.
As a secure tenant, you have the right to exchange your home as long as you have our written permission. We will not refuse permission unless we have a good reason. You will need to sign a deed of assignment to make the exchange legal.
